1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (USA): 2–5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

  • Selected international destinations (shipping times may vary)

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zenvy is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Zenvy is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged:

  • Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

If your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
